Using Ansanm
Terms of service.
Ansanm is operated by Carl Augustin, based in United States. These terms explain the rules for using the service. By creating an account or using Ansanm, you agree to these terms and our child safety standards. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use a dating service. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and do not impersonate others. Let us know if your account is compromised.
Respectful use
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, defraud, spam, exploit or impersonate people. Do not upload illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent or non-consensual content. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, including grooming and CSAM, are strictly prohibited. Do not bypass safety controls or use the service for unlawful activity.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide and must have permission to share it. You give Ansanm permission to host, process, moderate, display and transmit that content as needed to operate and protect the service. Content you share with other people may be copied by them. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
Premium subscriptions
New purchases and purchase restoration are currently unavailable while store setup is completed. The following terms apply when subscriptions are offered.
Premium is optional. The app and store purchase sheet show the product, subscription period, price and any offer before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the store. Apple or Google processes payment using your store account. Store terms govern payment, renewal, cancellation and refund handling, subject to applicable law.
Manage renewal through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app or an Ansanm account does not cancel store billing. When purchase restoration is available, use Restore purchases in the app to recover eligible purchases. Do not purchase a second subscription to resolve an access problem; contact support.
Safety and other services
Ansanm cannot guarantee anyone’s identity, age, intentions, background or offline behavior. Use care when sharing information or arranging a meeting. Report unsafe behavior in the app and block unwanted contact. When you choose to open WhatsApp, your WhatsApp identity may be visible to the other person and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Ansanm or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or end access for policy violations, safety, fraud prevention or legal requirements. Features and these terms may change; material updates will be communicated through the service or appropriate account contact channels. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
