Delete your Ansanm account.

You can permanently delete your account in the app or request deletion here, including after uninstalling Ansanm.

Request deletion by email

Or email carlaugustin09@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Ansanm account.” Include your account email or phone number and confirm that you want permanent deletion. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, include the relay address shown in your Apple sign-in settings if available.

We verify account ownership before deleting data. We will reply with the verification steps. Do not send a password, sign-in code or payment card details. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.

Delete within the app

Open your profile, then Settings.
Choose Delete account and review the deletion notice.
Confirm permanent data loss and verify using your password or a linked sign-in provider when available.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, preferences, social sign-in links, connections, messages associated with the account and other linked app records. Your profile is removed from the service and account sessions become invalid. Stored profile photos and videos and AI conversation history are queued for cleanup after the database deletion completes. Temporary processing files and provider-held copies can require additional cleanup.

What may remain, and for how long

Limited deletion audit records and purchase-ownership references are retained for accountability and to prevent a purchase from being reassigned to a different account. Infrastructure logs, support correspondence, backup copies and legally required records follow the retention rules below. Other people may keep content they previously copied or shared outside Ansanm.

An AI deleted-account marker may remain to prevent deleted history from being recreated.

After account deletion, limited deletion audit records, purchase-ownership references where applicable, and deleted-account markers that prevent AI history from being recreated currently have no scheduled expiry. These records support deletion accountability, purchase-misuse prevention and prevention of deleted-history recreation. Stored profile media and Ansanm AI history are queued for cleanup after the account database deletion. Support correspondence, infrastructure logs and service-provider records are not all removed by the automatic account-deletion process and can require separate review and removal. There is no single automatic deletion period covering those records. Contact us for the status and retained categories of a specific request.

Encrypted backups are stored in AWS in Ohio with restricted access. Database backups are scheduled daily. Active database backup objects expire after 30 days, and older object versions expire 30 days after becoming inactive, so a backup can remain for about 60 days plus storage-service processing time. Deleted profile media is removed from the active backup on the next successful backup; previous versions expire after 30 days plus processing time. Backup deletion is not immediate. Completed account deletions must be reapplied before restored data is returned to service.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting Ansanm or your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You can cancel renewal through Apple or Google Play. You may request account deletion even while a subscription is active. A deletion request does not itself request a store refund.

Timing and help

Carl Augustin monitors carlaugustin09@gmail.com for support, privacy and child-safety requests. We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified account-deletion requests within 30 days. We verify account ownership before acting on account or data requests and may ask for information needed for that verification. Do not send your password or sign-in codes.
