Ansanm community standards
Child safety standards.
Ansanm is an adults-only dating service. Everyone using Ansanm must be at least 18. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are prohibited on Ansanm.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not create, upload, request, share, promote or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including computer-generated material depicting the sexual abuse of a minor. We prohibit grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexual extortion, trafficking, and any other sexual exploitation or endangerment of children. Attempts to use Ansanm to facilitate these activities elsewhere are also prohibited.
Report a concern
Use Report on a member’s profile or the in-app safety menu to send a concern to our moderation team. Report suspected underage accounts as well as suspected abuse or exploitation. You can also contact our child safety team at carlaugustin09@gmail.com, including if you do not have an Ansanm account.
Provide the account identifier or profile name, where the incident occurred and a description. Do not download, screenshot, attach or forward suspected CSAM. Do not engage with a suspected offender to gather evidence. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
How we respond
We review reported concerns, restrict access to offending content and take action against accounts that violate these standards. When we become aware of CSAM on the service, we remove or disable access to it and report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority, including NCMEC or the relevant regional authority as applicable.
Carl Augustin is the child safety contact and monitors carlaugustin09@gmail.com for reports and coordination with relevant authorities and platform safety teams. We follow applicable child safety laws and cooperate with lawful investigations.
Age restrictions and limitations
Our minimum age rule and account age checks do not guarantee a person’s age or identity. If you suspect someone is under 18, report the profile. Do not share sensitive information or continue an unsafe conversation.
These standards form part of the Ansanm terms of service. See our privacy policy for information about safety reports and personal data.
